Helping Individuals, Couples, and Families Find Solutions
Collaborative Strengths-Based Treatment Philosophy:
I believe all clients have the strengths, resources, and self-healing capacities to change, and truly are the experts on their own life situations. My expertise as a therapist is in tapping my clients’ strengths to co-construct solutions together. As co-collaborators, my clients are invited to have the lead voice in identifying their goals, choosing from many options which self-empowerment tools and change strategies they wish to try, and determine what key resource people should participate in our sessions to rapidly co-create a context for change.
